What's the difference?
InvoiceNow and GST InvoiceNow
InvoiceNow
InvoiceNow is Singapore's national e-invoicing network, introduced by IMDA in 2019 and built on the international Peppol standard. Allowing you as a business to send an invoice straight into your customer's finance system.
GST InvoiceNow
GST InvoiceNow is a separate requirement from IRAS. Allowing all GST-registered businesses to transmit invoice data to IRAS across the same network, so your GST position is reported as you issue invoices.
01
Easy invoice and
simple quote generation
Convert operational documents into invoices with no duplicate data entry.
Generate E-invoices from Quotations, Rental Agreements, Job Cards, Sales Orders, and Delivery Orders, including all services rendered and parts sold.
Built Into Daily Operations

02
Real-time sales reporting and GST visibility
Track sales performance and accounts receivable instantly as invoices are issued with less reconciliation work.
With every E-invoice submitted to IRAS, you always have an up-to-date GST position instead of waiting until quarter-end reviews.
03
From Order to Invoice validation and processing
Fleetnetics connects to InvoiceNow network, enabling businesses to receive invoice and order digitally.
Validate E-invoices before they're
transmitted, and manage approvals in the same system.
